A member of the G15 group, Catalyst is one of the UK’s leading housing providers in London and the Home Counties, managing over 37,000 homes. They are set to build 1,000 new homes a year from 2025. In October Catalyst announced that it would be joining the Peabody Group as a subsidiary in 2022.
